  92.         <h2>Layers Menu</h2>
  93.         <p>The commands in this menu only affect the currently active Layer, as chosen in the Layers Window.</p>

  97.             <h3>Add New Layer </h3>
  98.             <p>This will add a new, transparent layer to the image.</p>

  101.             <h3>Delete Layer </h3>
  102.             <p>This will remove the active layer from the image. You will be prompted before deletion.</p>

  105.             <h3>Duplicate Layer </h3>
  106.             <p>This will make an exact copy of the active layer. All properties of the layer, along with the graphical (pixel) 
  107.             contents, will be duplicated. The new layer will also have the same name as the original.</p>

  110.             <h3>Import From File </h3>
  111.             <p>This allows you to select one or more images that will be imported as one or more new layers.</p>
  112.             <p>If you select a PDN image which consists of multiple layers, you will be presented with the following dialog 
  113.             box which will allow you to select only the layers that you really want to import:</p>

  117.             <p>Paint.NET contains many commands which can be used to adjust your image to look exactly the way you want

  122.             <p>This submenu allows you to flip just the active layer, either horizontally or vertically.</p>

  125.             <h3><a href="RotateZoom.html">Rotate / Zoom</a> </h3>
  126.             <p>This command allows you to rotate and pan in all three dimensions.</p>

  129.             <h3>Layer Properties </h3>
  130.             <p>This command brings up a dialog that allows you to define how the layer blends in with the layers that are 
  131.             before it in the Layers Window's list. You may specify a name, whether the layer is visible, a blending mode, 
  132.             and an opacity level.</p>
  133.             <p>There are seven (7) blending modes available: Normal, Multiply, Additive, Difference, Screen, Light, and 
  134.             Darken.</p>
  135.             <p>The opacity slider controls how transparent the layer is overall.</p>
